Hollywood actor Ryan O’Neal, who dated Farrah Fawcett, has died at the age of 82.

The actor was last seen on November 6, 2023, in Brentwood, California, being helped into a vehicle in a wheelchair.
His son Patrick, devastated, announced the news of his father’s passing on social media.

O’Neal was a major Hollywood heartthrob in his youth and had a significant career in film and television. He was nominated for an Oscar for Best Actor for Love Story in 1970.

Undoubtedly, his life off-screen attracted as much attention as his film credits, as he had an 18-year relationship with Farrah Fawcett, from 1979 to 1997, and the two had a notoriously turbulent relationship.

Farrah and Ryan are believed to have met after her ex Lee Majors, who was friends with Ryan, suggested they meet while he was out of town. Farrah and Lee divorced in 1981.

Ryan and Farah’s volatile relationship was rocked by rumors of infidelity and career missteps. The two had a son together, Redmond O’Neal, who is now 38 years old, (Farrah’s only child).
